1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the LokLok mobile application ("Service"). By downloading, installing, or using LokLok, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

By using LokLok, you represent and warrant that:

• • You are at least 18 years of age
• • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• • All information provided is accurate and truthful
• • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • You are responsible for all activities under your account
• • You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. License & Use Rights

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• • Distribute, sell, or lease the Service
• • Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access
• • Use the Service to develop competing products
• • Access or scrape user data

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create, share, or upload to LokLok ("User Content"). By using LokLok, you grant us a limited license to:

• • Store and transmit your content for service delivery
• • Encrypt and backup your content for reliability
• • Display your content as intended by the Service

You are solely responsible for User Content. Do not upload illegal, abusive, or violating content.

4.2 LokLok's Intellectual Property

All code, design, graphics, trademarks, and logos are owned by me and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use LokLok to:

• • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• • Share illegal content or violate laws
• • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• • Impersonate another person or entity
• • Engage in fraudulent activity or scams
• • Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• • Spam, bot activity, or automated misuse
• • Circumvent security or access controls
• • Use the Service for non-consensual intimate content

6. Consent & Intimate Content Policy

LokLok is designed for consensual communication between partners. By using the Service to share intimate content:

• • You confirm all parties have explicitly consented to share such content
• • You are responsible for obtaining consent before sharing any content
• • Non-consensual sharing of intimate content violates these Terms and may result in permanent account termination
• • You may not use LokLok to create, distribute, or facilitate revenge porn or intimate image abuse

Violation of this policy may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Payment, Pricing & Refunds

7.1 Pricing

LokLok offers both free and premium tiers. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7.2 Payment Terms

• • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
• • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• • Billing occurs on the date you set up your subscription
• • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information

7.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the app store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We cannot process refunds outside of their guidelines. Contact the respective app store for refund requests. For account access issues, contact us directly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• • Uninterrupted or error-free service
• • Security or privacy of your data

While we implement security best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOKLOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Loss of data, profits, or business
• • Service interruptions or unavailability
• • Third-party actions or unauthorized access
• • Your use or misuse of the Service

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LokLok, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• • Your violation of these Terms
• • Your use of the Service
• • Your User Content
• • Your violation of third-party rights

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• • Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• • Engage in illegal activity or abuse
• • Harass or threaten other users
• • Fail to pay for premium services
• • Violate our Intimate Content Policy

Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy. You may request export of your data before deletion.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to contact me at me@actuallyroy.com to attempt resolution. I will respond within 15 business days.

12.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (except for IP infringement claims, which may be pursued in court). You agree to:

• • Single arbitrator resolving disputes
• • Arbitration conducted remotely via video conference
• • Each party bearing its own costs (unless arbitration rules require otherwise)

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LokLok operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

If you believe LokLok hosts content that violates your copyright, send a DMCA notice to:

LokLok may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15. Modifications to Service

LokLok may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with or without notice. I am not liable for any loss resulting from modifications or discontinuation.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid. All other provisions remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LokLok. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded.
